Prayer of the Holy Rosary at the Grotto of Lourdes (Source)

Sign of the Cross

Act of contrition

I believe

Come, Holy Spirit, come through the powerful intercession of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, your beloved spouse.

We place in your precious hands, Most Holy Mother, all the intentions of our hearts.

We pray for: Pope Leo, for sick children, for parents who suffer alongside their children, for parents who have lost a child.

3 Hail Marys, asking for the graces of the Virtues of Faith, Hope, and Charity.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. R/ As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

First Luminous Mystery:

THE BAPTISM OF JESUS IN THE JORDAN

From the Gospel according to John 1, 32-34

“John testified, saying, ‘I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove and resting on him. I did not know him, but the one who sent me to baptize with water said to me, “He on whom you see the Spirit descend and rest on him is the one who baptizes with the Holy Spirit.” And I have seen and have testified that this is the Son of God.’”

Intentions: We pray for all the baptized, that we may be faithful to the promises of our baptism. For all Christians, that they may be living witnesses of God's love. For those born on this day and for those who die on this day. For those who suffer from illness, for those tormented by the devil, and for all the people who will be in contact with us today.

Our Father, 10 Hail Marys, Glory Be.

Oh my Jesus, forgive our sins, save us from the fire of hell, lead all souls to heaven, especially those most in need of your divine mercy.

Second Luminous Mystery:

THE WEDDING AT CANA

From the Gospel according to St. Matthew 9, 17

“Nor do people pour new wine into old wineskins. Otherwise, the wineskins will burst, the wine will spill out, and the wineskins will be ruined. New wine must be poured into new wineskins, so that both are preserved.”

Intentions: We pray for all families, that love may grow in marriages, in joys and in trials. For engaged couples and for those whom the Lord calls to form a family. For separated couples, that Christ may be the center of each home. For young people, children, the elderly, the living and our deceased. For all the children who have been aborted and for their mothers, as well as for all those responsible.

Our Father, 10 Hail Marys, Glory Be.

Oh my Jesus, forgive our sins, save us from the fire of hell, lead all souls to heaven, especially those most in need of your divine mercy.

Third Luminous Mystery:

THE CALL TO CONVERSION AND THE PROCLAMATION OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD

From the Gospel according to Mark 1, 14-15

“After John was arrested, Jesus went to Galilee to proclaim the good news of God. He said, ‘The time has come, and the kingdom of God is near. Repent and believe the good news.’”

Intentions: We pray for the conversion of sinners. For peace in the world. For all peoples suffering from war, for the victims and for those responsible. For the persecuted Church, particularly in Nicaragua. For Spain, Venezuela and all the countries of Latin America.

Our Father, 10 Hail Marys, Glory Be.

Oh my Jesus, forgive our sins, save us from the fire of hell, lead all souls to heaven, especially those most in need of your divine mercy.

Fourth Luminous Mystery:

THE TRANSFIGURATION OF THE LORD

From the Second Epistle of St. Paul to the Corinthians 3:18

"And all of us, who with unveiled faces reflect the Lord's glory as in a mirror, are being transformed into that same image, with ever-increasing glory, by the action of the Lord, who is the Spirit."

Intentions: In thanksgiving for our lives, for our faith, and for the gifts that God grants us each day. We pray for all the sick, the dying, the prisoners, the poor, and for those who do not have a decent job and are seeking one. For those who suffer in body or soul. We ask that the Blessed Virgin Mary deliver those who are in any kind of danger.

Our Father, 10 Hail Marys, Glory Be.

Oh my Jesus, forgive our sins, save us from the fire of hell, lead all souls to heaven, especially those most in need of your divine mercy.

Fifth Luminous Mystery:

THE INSTITUTION OF THE EUCHARIST

From the Gospel according to John 6, 54-55

"Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day. For my flesh is true food and my blood is true drink."

Intentions: We ask for the grace to love our enemies and to pray for them. The grace to learn to forgive and to ask for forgiveness. For all priests, religious men and women. For all vocations that the Lord calls to his service. For those who entrust themselves to our prayers. For all the people who come to our confessionals.

Our Father, 10 Hail Marys, Glory Be.

Oh my Jesus, forgive our sins, save us from the fire of hell, lead all souls to heaven, especially those most in need of your divine mercy.

Hail, Queen

Hail, Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, our Life, our Sweetness and our Hope, hail to thee.

To thee we cry, ye exiled children of Eve; to thee we sigh, groaning and weeping in this vale of tears.

Therefore, O Lady, our advocate, turn to us those your merciful eyes, and after this exile, show us Jesus, the blessed fruit of your womb, O clement, O pious, O sweet Virgin Mary.

Pray for us, Holy Mother of God, that we may be worthy to attain the promises of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
